I had hung it off of some horizontal pvc pipes and attached vertical pvc pipe to my block wall in order to prevent a volleyball from going over. the way the netting hung was all wrong. It was between 1 foot and 6 feet in various parts along the 25 foot length. I was very disappointed.

(More customer reviews)We bought a smaller versions of this goal for our yard and it worked very well. Previous goals broke, fell over and were just general rubbish. The 6x4 goal we bought was great and when my kids soccer team needed new goals we talked to the coaches and through a joint effort the parents donated a set of these 16x7 samba match goals. They are very tough and strong, anyone could take a shot as hard they can, even Donovan and they just lap it up. Although not full size goals they are big enough for teenagers and adults to have great fun with we. They can be left up all year round (that's what we're doing with our 6x4 samba's) and we expect them to last more than 5 years. big thank you the Net World Sports too, who got the goals to us in 3 days in time for the teams first training session.

Agora 4'x5' Pop-Up Soccer Goal Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this goal for my son who will soon be 6 yrs old so we could practice with him at the park. I priced similar ones at sporting good stores and they cost twice as much. This net pops up easily but was a bit tricky to fold back up and put in the bag but after trying for 45 minutes to follow the directions on how to fold it up I finally figured it out and now I can fold it with ease. The fold up directions do come with pictures to help but it was still somewhat difficult. Seems like a good investment since I hope my son will play soccer for years to come. Also it does come with steaks to hold it to the ground.

(More customer reviews)just because it says on the ball that it can be in any weather doesnant mean you can leave it outside for any more than 15 min. i left it out for like a half an hour and it started to crack! every day the cracks get bigger, i put tape on it to keep the cracks small dident work ripped through the tape. no alot of the detail on the ball is ripped. butt if you dont leave it outside its great.

1) They are the perfect size 4 x 6.
2) They have metal rods on the sides which means the wind does not blow them over like the Agora goals I had previously.
3) They come with attached rods that dig into the ground which prevent the goal from moving after a hard strike or heavy wind.
I would recommend these goals to anyone. Not to mention Orange stands out on a green field better than any other color.

(More customer reviews)I've used this ball for a few years now both in pick up short sided games and competitive 11 aside games. It has a good overall feel and comes off the foot very well. I play with a group of guys twice a week and we've been using these balls since the first time we played with them. On the 11 v 11 team this ball is almost always chosen as the game ball. Sure there are better balls out there, like the Adidas World Cup/Euro ball but they cost much more. This is a great ball for pickup or amateur league games especially for around $40.
Update 5/4/2010: Do not buy these balls. Was 5 stars now 0! Brine changed manufacturers and they now are horrible. Our group bought three more since we liked them so much. Within 1 month they all popped (won't hold any air). We sent them back for replacement and since then two of those have popped. Goal Kick Sporting Goods was great at replacing them and were the ones filling me in on the Brine manufacturer change but the shipping costs of sending them back are adding up. Do not buy until Brine cleans up their act.

(More customer reviews)The goal arrived at my house assembled wrong, then after it was fixed be me, I successfully put it together, which was relativly easy. After several moderately hard training sessions two large holes were in the net. That is on top of the fact that the pins that hold the net together are weak. The weakness in the pins causes the goal to collapse if there is a shot off of the post. Overall, this is probably not a good buy.

Franklin Premier Folding Goal (5-Ft. x 10-Ft.) Review

I play 2x a week with a group of 10-15 adults.
I upgraded from PUGG 6 Footer Portable Training Goal Boxed Set (Two Goals & Bag)
The PUGG Goals are great, 10 seconds to put up to play, and they fold up nicely.
Then why the upgrade?
Pros:
1) Size. Its much more fun to take shots at goal, when there is a decent sized target to take aim at.
2) Sturdy goal. A full grown adults take shots at this goal, and the ball bounces back from the Post.
3) Playing a game of soccer with REAL goals, instead of just cones. A completely different game compared to when playing with Cones or PUGG goals.
Cons:
1) Assembly ( takes about 3 minutes to put up the frame, and 2 minutes to put the net up.
2) Dis-assembly - same as above
3) No Carry Bag Included. I purchased a separate 42"x25" Bag to house the goals in.
4) WEIGHT.. They are 25LBS EACH. So a total of 50lbs to be carried to and from car.
5) Size. Takes a a Decent amount of space in my trunk.
Overall VERY satisfied with the Build quality, especially for the low price.
The boxes that came with the goals, got rained on in the first game we played.
The boxes are cardboard and got ruined. I purchased the following Duffle bag:
Side Zipper Canvas Duffle Bags
One 42x25" Bag holds both goals, nets, and a ball with room to spare.
I have uploaded pictures of everything I thought was valuable information.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this because it was a inexpensive alternative to the $400 nets you see on different websites. I decided to purchase and try it out and if it didn't fit, oh well, I only spent 22 bucks. It is primarily used in practice and running drills.
The netting isn't very thick, but it fits a regulation goal perfectly, its light to carry and goes up in less than 5 minutes. Its perfect for taking out to your local pitches once they have taken the nets down from league play. I am very happy with this and will be purchasing a 2nd net.
