(More customer reviews)I saw this product advertised and decided it would be wonderful for my son and daughter. After watching the instructioanl DVD and really figuring out how to fully benefit from the training aid, we put it in our backyard & it has been there ever since. I will say it is all about the adjustment of the bungee, on how well the ball is going to return until you strengthen your kick. I have watched my children, who are 7 and 10, improve their kicks tremendously. We have adjusted the bungee many a time now. I have bought this product now for their friends as gifts, nieces, nephews, and the local soccer teams have started implementing it in their training. I would say if you aren't seeing results, you aren't using it correctly. We love the kickmedic.
