(More customer reviews)I ordered this ball on 10/15 with 2-day shipping (with an over $10 charge for the service) to ensure I had this ball to keep my Australian Cattle Dog busy during a move across state while in the car. Well, no confirmations, no ball, no communications when I try to email the company numerous times. No tracking information, no notification if the ball isn't in stock. How can any company completely ignore a handful of emails asking for information?
PSI doesn't understand 2-day shipping or customer service apparently. This is the worst experience I have had with an Amazon store. Now when I look at their reviews, I see a few instances of people having trouble with communicating with them and unannounced back orders. I learned my lesson and will now look at a company's track record more closely. I hope potential customers will read this before dealing with the same frustrations I am now! Buy your products from anyone other than PSI.
