(More customer reviews)The thing does not often pop in mid-air as it is marketed, though my 1.5 and 2.5 year old kids LOVE it. The 2 year old can press it down on her own and they wait in anticipation to see when it will pop up. We have had the toy 6 months and have had no problems with durability. Because it compresses, it is nice for travel.
